Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Tracked delivery to Australia usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after dispatch.

What are the shipping rates?

Australia: A$12.95 for orders under A$119; free tracked shipping for orders of A$119 and over.

How do I choose the right size?

Please measure your dog's chest, neck and back length before ordering. Do not choose by weight only. For raincoats and jackets, use back length, chest and neck measurements. For harnesses, chest girth is the most important measurement. See our Size Guide.

What if my dog is between sizes?

Choose the larger size, especially for broad-chested dogs, fuller coats, or a looser fit.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, clean and resaleable. Return shipping for size or change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. See our Refund Policy.

Is the raincoat fully waterproof?

The raincoat is designed for everyday rainy walks and light-to-moderate rain. It is not designed for swimming, heavy storms, or prolonged exposure to extreme weather.

Is the leash suitable for strong pulling dogs?

Our walking gear is designed for supervised everyday walks. It is not intended for tie-out use, bite resistance, forceful pulling, or professional training.
