These Terms of Service govern your use of herdwild.com and purchases from HERDWILD. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

HERDWILD sells pet raincoats, harnesses, leashes, and related pet accessories. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary between screens and minor manufacturing variations may occur.

2. Orders

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order, delivery, and contact information. We may cancel or decline an order where there is a pricing, inventory, or technical error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. HERDWILD does not store your full payment card details.

4. Pet safety

Our products are designed for ordinary pet use only and are not a substitute for responsible pet supervision. Check the product and fit before each use, use the appropriate size, and do not use a damaged product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERDWILD is not responsible for loss or injury caused by misuse, incorrect sizing, failure to supervise a pet, or use of a damaged product. Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-area conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless we state at checkout that they are collected.

6. Taxes and customs responsibility

International orders may be subject to import regulations, customs inspections, and local taxes. Unless we state at checkout that taxes or duties are collected, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and similar charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable law requires HERDWILD to collect GST or another tax, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and communicate the treatment at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. That policy operates in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to HERDWILD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERDWILD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
